The Second District Dental Society is the local component of the New York State Dental Association and the American Dental Association representing 1,400 member dentists in Brooklyn and Staten Island. It is our hope that this website provides our members with information that will aid them in making the most out of their membership. Free Shredding Event for SDDS Members this Spring!

Dispose of your old documents and dental records securely at our upcoming Second District shredding events this April!
  • This is a FREE member-benefit service, available by appointment only to current Second District Dental Society members.
  • Documents will be shredded in a regulatory compliant manner, on-site, in a mobile shredding vehicle.
  • There is a limit of 10 containers (boxes or bags) per member.
  • Attendees will be mailed a certificate of destruction after the event to confirm that all documents were securely destroyed.
