Join us for a movement workshop dedicated to strength,
alignment, and self-care built specifically for dentists.
As healthcare professionals, we know the importance of caring for ourselves—but practicing what we preach can be challenging. Over time, poor movement and postural habits can affect how we feel, perform, and care for others.
When we understand why a habit matters and experience positive results, we’re more likely to make it part of our daily lives.
This workshop introduces a simple, effective routine to help you discover your true core and ideal alignment while developing strength, mobility, control, and movement awareness. Use it as a workout, corrective practice, warm-up, or cool-down, repeating it 1–10 times to adjust intensity and achieve different outcomes.
Through a two-part Q&A, we’ll explore our individual movement stories, common goals, strengths, and challenges. Drawing from Pilates, homeostatic principles, functional movement training, and codified dance techniques, you’ll gain practical tools that can change the way you experience every move.
