The November General Membership Meeting is designated as State Officers, New Members, Senior Dentists and Past Presidents Night, where we welcome the new members, senior dentists and past presidents of Second District. We will also welcome the president-elect of the New York State Dental Association, Dr. James Galati, who will have a few words to say. The election of the SDDS officers, trustees and other elected positions for the year 2022 will also be held at this meeting.

With a myriad of treatment options available to us today, making decisions in clinical dentistry can be very difficult. Dentists must make decisions such as save or extract, apico or retreat, treat or monitor and one visit versus two visits. The goal of this presentation is to cover a series of challenging clinical situations and give you the tools to diagnose and treat with confidence. We will also explore modern techniques and the latest trends in endodontics. Upon completion of this lecture, attendees will gain confidence in making difficult decisions in endodontics in terms of diagnosis and treatment planning and will also gain knowledge on modern clinical techniques.
