 psis:This presentation will focus on the relationship between periodontal 
 treatment and aesthetic restorative dentistry. More than ever\, patients a
 re mesmerized by social media dentistry and wish to emulate these smiles. 
 These comprehensive cases require a multidisciplinary approach\, accurate 
 diagnoses and treatment planning\, as well as skilled execution. This lect
 ure will focus on several key periodontal procedures\, including soft tiss
 ue augmentation and crown lengthening\, and how these procedures can enhan
 ce restorative outcomes. Upon successful completion of this lecture\, atte
 ndees will: Diagnose\, treatment plan\, and execute basic periodontal surg
 ical principles. Learn to identify fundamental restorative and surgical pr
 inciples. Learn to identify discrepancies in gingival harmony. Learn how p
 eriodontal therapy can enhance restorative outcomes. Be able to discuss tr

 e served as chief resident and was awarded for outstanding service to her 
 class. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology\, board 
 certified in periodontology and dental implant surgery. In addition to her
  clinical practice\, Dr. Rusi is a clinical instructor at NewYork-Presbyte
