ner\, ONE ENDO Endodontics Specialty Practice Clinical excellence remains
central to dentistry and outcomes today are shaped by how that excellence
is supported by systems\, technology and design. Dentistry is increasingly
influenced by decisions made beyond the operatory including workflow\, in
frastructure and practice structure. This lecture examines dentistry throu
gh an intentional design lens\, highlighting how thoughtful systems suppor
t predictable outcomes and sustainable private practice. The presentation
connects clinical decision making with practice design\, exploring diagnos
is\, case planning\, workflow consistency and the role of technology as pa
rt of a broader care continuum. It also addresses how small\, thoughtful i
mprovements compound over time and how independent practices are adapting
to economic pressure and industry consolidation while preserving autonomy
and clinical standards. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding
of how dentistry functions when it is designed rather than inherited and h
ow applying intentional structure beyond the operatory supports better out
comes for patients and practitioners. Upon successful completion of this l
ecture\, attendees will learn: How clinical outcomes in dentistry are shap
ed by intentional design choices made before\, during and after patient ca
re. How systems\, workflows and technology support predictability\, effici
ency and long-term success in dental practice. How privately owned dental p
ractices can apply structured thinking and incremental improvement to adap
 t and thrive. MCEU - 1 HOURMember Rate: $45 DEAN M. SACCOMANNO\, D.D.S. br
ings a deep respect for craft and a genuine passion for building teams\, s
ystems\, and practices designed to endure. He earned his dental degree fro
m New York University College of Dentistry and completed a general practic
e residency at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx before specializing in e
ndodontics. He is the son of a registered nurse and a Local 580 ironworker
\, a background that shaped his respect for skilled work\, care delivery a
nd building systems that last. In 2019\, Dr. Saccomanno co-founded ONE END
O alongside his longtime friend and colleague\, Dr. Nicholas Mastroianni.
Their partnership grew from a 30-plus year friendship rooted in shared fam
ily history in New York City\, where both of their families built lives an
d small businesses dating back to the 1930s. That legacy of service\, entr
epreneurship and community became the foundation for the ONE ENDO brand. O
NE ENDO was created on a simple belief: Doctors should be able to own thei
r practices\, practice for themselves and never feel like they are doing i
t alone. Dr. Saccomanno has remained closely involved in caring for commun
ities across the five boroughs of New York City\, as well as in Westcheste
r and Fairfield counties. The same doctor-led philosophy and intentional p
ractice design have been applied in settings ranging from the heart of New
York City to Miami and Beverly Hills. He brings an operator’s perspective
shaped by building\, testing and refining systems in live practices\, wit
h a focus on infrastructure that allows doctors to practice at a high leve
l without carrying the weight alone. Second District Dental Society is a r
