 and the future\, we need to have a clear understanding of the past by look
 ing at longitudinal studies and long-term clinical data. Dental implantolo
 gy and digital dentistry\, along with advances in dental material science\
 , have all contributed to renaissance in prosthodontics and aesthetic dent
 istry. This presentation will look at a “revolutionary evolution\,” eviden
 ce-based long-term data and concerns based on relevant studies. It will al
 so discuss how our treatments have changed both philosophically and in our
  approach to treatment care. Upon successful completion of this lecture\, 
 attendees will be able to visualize and appreciate the changes in prosthod
 ontics and aesthetic dental technology\, and how they influence technique
