 t. GAIL E. SCHUPAK\, D.M.D. is an orthodontist in midtown Manhattan who ob
 tained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsyl
 vania School of Dental Medicine and her certificate in orthodontics from C
 olumbia University School of Dental Medicine (CUSD). She has been in the f
 aculty in the orthodontics department at New York University College of De
 ntistry for over 31 years. She is on the Dean’s Council at the University 
 of Pennsylvania and has been active in the ethics program at CUSD. Dr. Sch
 upak served on the Organization Committee of the Greater New York Dental M
 eeting and organized most of the orthodontic programs there.  Second Distr
