Refund and Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds or credits must be made in writing
or by phone and received at least two weeks prior to the course date. A fu
ll refund\, less a ten dollar ($10.00) administrative charge\, or if reque
sted and available\, credit for a similarly priced course will be issued.
Refunds or credits requested after this date will not be granted\, includi
ng requests made based on absence due to illness\, late arrival for course
s and/or weather conditions. In the event that a course is cancelled by Se
cond District\, paid tuition will be fully refunded.
ZEV KAUFMAN\, D.D.S . graduated from New York University College of Dentistr y (NYUCD) with honors in 1994. He graduated from NYUCD again with a certif icate in prosthodontics in 1997 and a post-graduate fellowship in implant dentistry in 1999. He has continued his academic affiliation with NYUCD as a clinical assistant professor and a course director\, teaching at the Ad vanced Implant Restorative Concepts course at the Ashman Department of Per iodontics and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Kaufman is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration\, the American College of Prosthodontists\, the American Dental Education Association and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor S ociety. He is a founding member of the Russian American Dental Association and a member of the Alpha Omega International dental fraternity. Dr. Kauf man has been in full-time private practice in New York City for over 30 ye ars\, dedicating himself to cutting edge comprehensive prosthodontic\, cos metic\, restorative and surgical implant treatment.
