 nds-on practice sessions for all participants. Topics to be covered will i
 nclude heart attacks and strokes (signs and symptoms)\, sudden cardiac arr
 est/defibrillation\, airway obstruction (choking)\, respiratory emergencie
 s\, anaphylactic reactions\, emergency drug kits and more. Upon successful
  completion of this course\, participants will gain the knowledge and hand
 s-on experience needed to administer CPR safely and effectively. Completio
 n of this course will also satisfy the New York State Education Department
