Influenza Vaccine Regulations for Health Care Personnel
Citing vaccine shortages, the New York State Department of Health has withdrawn its regulation requiring all health care workers in hospitals and Article 28 clinic facilities to obtain influenza vaccinations for the seasonal and H1N1 flu.
